About Us

Welcome to Weare, New Hampshire’s only fitness facility, B3 CrossFit. In a town of almost 11,000 people and no gym or fitness facility, we decided it was time to bring FITNESS to Weare, NH and it’s surrounding communities. This is a family venture, because our family takes fitness and health very seriously.

B3 CrossFit is combination of our last name and our 3 sons.  We are committed to our health, our family, and our community.

“Fitness” isn’t just a word to us. We want you to perform at your best and reach both your fitness and health goals. We’re a group of friendly, motivating and hard working individuals who want you to not only enjoy working out, but see results through intensity and dedication. We gear our workouts to maximize your results and give you overall strength throughout your body.

Here at B3 CrossFit we prepare for the unknown.  We focus on Functional Movements, movements that we are wired to do on a daily basis.  A functional movement is one that carries over into our everyday lives. How often do you get out of a chair each day? That is doing a squat. Or, maybe you have to pick something up off the ground: a deadlift. Each time you pick your child up and bring him/her up to your chest for a hug, that’s basically doing a clean! At B3 CrossFit we focus on strength, cardio-respiratory endurance, power, flexibility, balance, coordination, accuracy, stamina, and agility. We work on all of these domains every week, but we devote more time to some than others: it will take a lot more time and effort to increase one’s strength than to improve accuracy.

At B3 CrossFit our athletes safety will always be our top priority. Starting with our On-Ramp Classes, we go over technique and mechanics of a few movements each session, followed by a short workout using the skills you just learned. For the duration of the program you work with us one-on-one or in small groups of fellow athletes new to B3 CrossFit. We want to make sure you’re comfortable with the movements before we start to encourage you to increase the intensity.

We were all new to CrossFit at one point in our lives, please don’t hesitate to speak up and ask questions! There is no judgment at B3 CrossFit. We want our athletes to get along and help each other out. We want a community where students, moms, police officers, and professionals of any athletic ability can come and workout and have a good time. It doesn’t matter how slow you run or how little you can lift, you are only improving yourself and reaching new goals and heights.
